Every 45 minutes someone is killed by a drunk driver, and
within that 45 minutes someone’s life is over and the family is
forever shattered! One Fatal Mistake is a documentary that shows
the impact of the loss of a beloved Grandmother killed by a
drunk driver, through the eyes of six of her ten grandchildren
ranging between 12-18 years of age. This documentary reveals how
emotionally scared and forever changed these six children are.
One Fatal Mistake features interviews from people who have
driven impaired and still do so today. This film hopes to bring
awareness and provide a better understanding as to why people
make such a bad choice. It also briefly shows other families who
have been affected by a drunk driver. This is truly a
documentary that will impact you tremendously.
G-Na Casazza, (20yrs old) is a hard-working, dedicated filmmaker
who was faced with a tragedy caused by someone driving while
impaired. She decided to turn this experience around and educate
people of all ages on the dangers and often destructive
consequences of driving while impaired. She has worked with
Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) and produced her first
Public Service Announcement (PSA) that was aired nationally
throughout 2010 by FOX Network, Lifetime and CNN.
G-Na has made a documentary that will really hit people hard and
hopefully could stop people of any age from driving impaired
before it becomes, One Fatal Mistake! Currently she attends
Hunter College in New York City and graduates in May 2011, as
she continues to pursue her passion in filmmaking.
